Designed with zero compromise for true Snowscoot maniacs.
Every piece is CNC-machined in Japan, one by one, from aerospace-grade aluminum.
Precision Engineering
Using A7000-series aluminum alloy—comparable in strength to S55C steel—
a material normally reserved for aerospace and racing applications.
Each stem is carefully sculpted through five machining stages,
taking over five hours per unit, a process only possible in a domestic factory.
Weighing just 198g (240g with bolts),
it is one of the lightest top-load stems ever created,
while maintaining unmatched clamping power and rigidity.

Spline-machined bar clamp and steerer tube interface for perfect grip and alignment,
a level of precision rarely achieved even in BMX manufacturing. -
Programmed and machined by a 20-year veteran precision engineer
who has produced parts for Paris-Dakar rally machines and other high-spec equipment. -
3D-milled structure designed to maximize surface area for strength while keeping weight minimal.
All edges are R-finished to reduce knee and body impact during riding. -
Tested for over 300 riding days across multiple prototypes.
Finalized after countless strength tests to achieve sub-200g weight. -
Accepts M8 titanium bolts with wide countersunk heads.
Six titanium bolts are included with every stem.
Ride Geometry
With a 50mm reach and 30mm rise,
this stem offers light, responsive handling ideal for freeride, carving, and freestyle.
Mounting it raises the handlebar by nearly an inch,
similar to switching from an 8″ to a 9″ bar, reducing wrist and shoulder fatigue.
The titanium bolts pair perfectly with the stem’s alloy,
creating solid clamping with minimal torque and zero galling.
Just a touch of grease on occasion will keep it running for years.

アルミ合金最高強度のA7000系S55C同等スペック。通常であれば航空機、宇宙用部品に使われるスペックのアルミベースを贅沢にも削り出し国内工場にて製作。

・ステム切削の常識を遥かに超えた工程数、国内工場だからこそ可能な５工程を経ての製作。一個あたりの製作時間は五時間強
・BMX系ステムを合わせて見ても類を見ない、海外工場では難しいハンドルクランプ部分、フォークコラム取り付け部に高精度スプライン加工。確実なクランプ力
・スクートライダーでもあり、パリダカ使用パーツなど高精度パーツを削り出してきたこの道２０年の切削プログラムプロフェッショナルによるマシンプログラミング
・強度と軽さを両立させる表面積を稼ぐ3Dプログラム、全ての角にR処理を設けて膝や体部分へのダメージを軽減
・試作から５年、テスト滑走300日以上。 数種類のプロトタイプでの強度テストを繰り返し200g以下と極限まで軽量化した形状
・一般的なステムでは採用されていないチタンボルトヘッドに対応の広い切削のボルト取り付け部により通常のボルトに加えてM8チタンボルト使用可能、ステムには６本のチタンボルトが付属します
・50mmリーチ、30mmのアップライズでフリーランをメインにカービング、フリースタイルまで自由なライディングと軽いハンドリングを可能としたスノースクートに特化した形状
取り付けるだけで1インチ弱のハンドル取り付け高さのアップが出来るので８インチバーから９インチバーに交換したような乗りやすさと体、手首の負担を抑えます。
ステム素材とチタンボルトとの相性が良く、スプライン効果もあり少ない力でカッチリとバーをクランプ。精度の良さからボルト焼き付きの心配もなく、たまにボルトを薄くグリスアップする程度でトラブルなく何年も使える心強いステム。
一つづつ国内で五時間以上かけて製作するので素材のストックと製作時間に限界があり三十個のみの限定生産となります
